Terms of Entry into the Recommend a Friend Reward Scheme
1. The Recommend a Friend reward scheme is open to existing Payzone members who
are currently contracted with Payzone for Payzone services and the use of the Payzone
terminal, except employees of Payzone UK and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, their families, agents, or anyone connected with this competition.
2. Referrals not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions will be
disqualified.
3. All referrals must be made by one of the following means:
• By email
• By phone
• By paper application
4. By providing the contact details of the referee, you (the referrer) confirm that you have the consent of the referee to provide their name and contact details so that we may contact the referee in conjunction with this reward scheme.
5. The referee may be contacted using the contact details you have provided to Payzone
in relation to this reward scheme. You will be identified to the referee to let the referee know that you initiated the contact by Payzone. We will not use either your personal information, or the referee’s, for any other marketing promotions or any other purpose.
6. Payzone reserves the right to withdraw the Recommend a Friend reward scheme at
any time. Any entries submitted following the Recommend a Friend reward scheme
withdrawal will not be eligible.
7. Merchants who are referred must not already be an existing Payzone member.
Any referral made for an existing Payzone member, or a previous referee, will not be
considered.
8. A referral payment of £15 will be payable to the you following active trading by the referee for a period of one (1) calendar month from installation of the Payzone terminal at the referee’s premises. For you to be eligible to receive the referral payment, the referee must have a valid contract with Payzone at the time the referral payment is due.
9. The referral payment will be paid out by cheque to the referrer name and sent to the
referrer address held on the Payzone records. You will be responsible for ensuring that you are able to accept the cheque as no cash or other alternative will be available.
10. Any decision about referral payments and eligibility taken by Payzone is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
