In response to feedback from retailers, Payzone has introduced a new pay structure for bill and utility payments.
The new pay scheme guarantees a minimum of 5p irrespective of the customer payment amount.
In addition, there is a 10p fixed rate for bar-coded bills and budget payments, plus 5p for pre pay electricity and 6p for gas.
This year, Payzone has added over 50 new council tax and rent payment schemes as well as winning bill payment exclusivity for United Utilities and Anglian Water.
Payzone now offers in excess of 650 housing associations and local authorities nationwide, including Birmingham City Council, Trafford Metropolitan Council and thirteen of the largest London Boroughs.
