During the coldest winter for over 30 years you have helped us to keep our customers warm by keeping their gas supply on.
Without your support our customers would have had to wait for a gas card to come through the post or to wait for an engineer to come out and put credit on the meter. With temperatures as low as - 20 in some parts of the country, our customers, especially the older customers or those with young children have been able to have continued service by being able to collect
a card from your shop.
We really appreciate the excellent service you provide to your community, stocking gas cards and electricity keys and processing payments.
Whilst you continue to make sure cards and keys are readily available and that everyone knows how to process them, our customers will have the comfort of knowing they need never be without supply.
