Outsourcing firm CNG Business Services has won a new contract with telecommunications company SGS International.
The York-based firm will provide SGS International with back-office telecommunications support.
As well as monitoring success rates, engineers will also help SGS International's customers with any technical problems they are having. The engineers will ascertain whether the problem is with the supplier or the way in which the client is using the product.
