Altus Edwin Hill, a member of Altus Group and storeys:ssp are to join forces
Altus Group announced that it has entered into an intent to acquire renowned North East based general property practice storeys:ssp Limited.

Founded in Newcastle in 1891, and operating from a network of six regional offices, storeys:ssp is the leading independent commercial property consultancy firm in the North East. The firm’s diverse service lines include rating, occupational and investment agency, valuation, landlord and tenant, property management, building surveying, planning and consultancy, together with a niche investment agency presence in London.

A strategic part of Altus’ international expansion was to establish a key platform in the UK with its 2007 acquisition of Edwin Hill. Altus Edwin Hill has six offices, four in London and the South East, and two regional offices in Birmingham and Manchester. UK core services are rating, agency, landlord and tenant, dilapidations and valuation.
